Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be confident that you purchased a well made product. While we only deal with distributors that have a history of developing and distributing successful products, in the unlikely circumstance that you receive what you believe to be a defective product please contact us immediately. We will replace the product if we can confirm it is defective and with our apologies. We will pay the shipment of your replacement product. However, we will not be responsible for products that you consider to be defective if you have not notified us within 10 days of receipt.

All items that are returned must be accompanied by a return goods authorization (RGA). This is to be certain that we properly process it and attend to your request on a priority basis. Please indicate your RGA number on the outside of the package. If there is no RGA on the outside of the package we will refuse it as the receipt of unknown products could present a medical risk.

You may obtain an RGA by either calling and requesting one on the telephone or by sending your request by email.

Please have the following available when you call or provide this information in your email.

  • your name and contact information
  • your invoice number
  • product name
  • product size
  • what is wrong

To Recap

  • Obtain RGA
  • Ship the product to us with RGA on outside of package
  • Upon Receipt we will replace the product or provide a credit if the product arrives in acceptable condition.

Should you want to cancel your order

If your order has not shipped, we will gladly cancel your order. If your order has shipped then there will be a restocking charge of 20% of the order. An RGA must be obtained or the return package will not be accepted.
